Havin' a Ball
Possibly the best single piece of
equipment for overall muscular conditioning use of the Body Ball is
the focus of this program. Give this class a try an you will
soon find the Body Ball is not an oversized beach ball (45 min.

Power Yoga
Be prepared to work your body fingertips
to toes. This fast paced sequence of poses is paired with deep
breathing to make you sweat. This workout begins cardio, moves
through strength and balance postures and finishes with guided
relaxation (75 min. class)
Spinning
It's all about the bike Baby!
Armstrong, Lemond, Indurian and YOU! Jump on and spin those
pedals like never before. RIDE AT YOUR OWN PACE! All
ability levels can participate in this outstanding cardiovascular

Step
Enjoy a traditional step experience that
incorporates intermediate-level choreography set to great
music. Focuses on aerobic endurance. (1 hour class)
Super Circuit
Tick-tock, Tick-Tock. The clock
counts down and your Fitness goes up! This Total Body Circuit
uses time-based stations to improve strength, cardio and core.

A well rounded group program designed to
improve core strength, balance and flexibility. Various
techniques including Pilates, Yoga and strength. Condition
your body's "Powerhouse" with this excellent and balanced
workout. (45 min. class; Extended Version 70 min. class)

Instructors and Personal Trainers who show beginner/lower moves and
advanced/higher moves.
